TANTREX provides services including but not limited to:

•Airbnb hosting and property management consulting
•Training and masterclass programs
•Car rental and logistics services
•Short-term accommodation and related offerings

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
By making a payment, you confirm that:

•You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
•You understand and agree to our refund and cancellation policy.
•All information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Service Modifications

Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. TANTREX reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

5. Booking and Confirmations

A booking or training slot is only confirmed once payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and training resources provided by TANTREX remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TANTREX shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or platform.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal and payment information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

🔁 Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

TANTREX operates with a flexible but structured cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our operations.

2. Cancellations by Clients

•For Training & Consulting Services:
•Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session: eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
•Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session: 50% refund or credit option.
•Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session: non-refundable.

•For Airbnb & Accommodation Bookings:
•Refunds follow the specific listing’s cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).

•For Car Rentals or Logistics Services:
•Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup qualify for a full refund.
•Cancellations within 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
•Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by TANTREX

In the unlikely event that TANTREX must cancel or reschedule a session or booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or reschedule credit at no extra cost.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend or claim a booked service without prior notice is considered a no-show and will not qualify for any refund.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
